Fitness: Our Best Workout Music Recommendations

Anyone who has worked out in the past knows the benefits of listening to some appropriate music while exercising. It passes the time, takes your mind off boring repetitions, and with the right soundtrack can actually increase your effort.

With that in mind we have compiled a list of ten of the songs we have found to be ideal for putting us into the zone and making us want to move through our routine in a great mood.

Check out the list below and see what you think? Even if you don’t normally like to listen to a particular singer, try doing so again when working out and it might just be enough to get you moving. And let us know what your favourite tracks are when you hit the gym or track.

  • The Final Countdown – Europe
  • Fashion Killa – ASAP Rocky
  • Danger Zone – Kenny Loggins
  • Hometown Glory – Adele
  • Ain’t Been Done – Jessie J
  • Without a Fight – Brad Paisley
  • Sorry – Justin Bieber
  • Broken Arrows – Avicii
  • The Sweet Escape – Gwen Stefani
  • Something from Nothing – Foo Fighters.
