Anyone who has worked out in the past knows the benefits of listening to some appropriate music while exercising. It passes the time, takes your mind off boring repetitions, and with the right soundtrack can actually increase your effort.
With that in mind we have compiled a list of ten of the songs we have found to be ideal for putting us into the zone and making us want to move through our routine in a great mood.
