Have you ever listened to the way you speak? I mean, really pay attention to the words that come out of your mouth every day? Why don’t you ask a partner or trusted friend this week to monitor what you say over a given period of time to see if you speak positively about yourself, your circumstances and your future.
Because my friends, if most of your self-talk is negative and your words speak about lack, sickness and hopelessness, guess what? You will reap what you sow. You will become whatever you believe in your mind and speak with your mouth. Nothing on the outside can change until you make some changes on the inside.
Don’t be like Homer above who once said: “Trying is the first step towards failure.”
So please, take a moment right now to examine your thoughts, words, actions, habits and goals. Make every effort now to adjust how you think and talk, believe and act so you can become the person you want to be.
You need to make a conscious effort every single day to program your mind to create a new reality where you can enjoy health, wealth and happiness.
And remember along the way that if you have allowed negative self talk and beliefs to impact your live for many years, it will take time for your programming to take effect. But don’t give up.
Your future depends on you!
