If you love peanut butter, and nuts in general (and don’t have any relevant allergies) then we have a quick and easy, no bake recipe for you that even the kids can help with. Keep reading for more.
- Half a cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of chopped almonds
- Half a cup of choc chips
- Third of a cup of honey
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
- Water if needed.
- Add all ingredients to your food processor until you have a workable mixture to mold into one inch balls. We find it best to add alternate dry and then wet ingredients so as to better judge the right consistency. You don't want it too dry or it will be crumbly and not enjoyable, so we tend to keep it a little wet and then we can always roll them in coconut if needed. Place the balls on a tray covered with baking paper and place in the fridge for an hour to set and then place them in a sealed airtight container.
