We all love the thought of having a fit, toned body, but how many of us actually have one? Oftentimes, the difference between having it and just dreaming about it, comes down to the goals we set. Keep reading to find out how YOU can achieve the body of your dreams.
Talk to any quality athlete or sports coach and they will talk to you about one thing until you are sick of hearing it.
They know that Tiger Woods did not get to the top of his game by just dreaming about playing golf. They understand how Serena Williams gets to be number one in the world’s tennis rankings. And they get how Usain Bolt became the fastest man in the world. They all did it by setting out specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic, trackable goals, and then pushing themselves until they achieved them.
They often wrote them down, memorised them, dreamt about them, and then lived them like they had already been achieved. Day after day, month after month until they finally broke though and smashed their goals.
And you can do the same. With the right coaching and application, the only thing separating you from them is the commitment to follow those goals through to the end, often at the expense of many things we take for granted and won’t give up or change. But think of the possibilities if you make those goals, sought out the professional assistance you needed, and made a commitment to follow through.
Every. Single. Day.
Do this, and you will finally have the body you only dream of now, and much, much more.
