Okay people, we have all been there, and many of us still struggle with maintaining or losing weight. No wonder weight loss is a multi-million dollar industry! So today, we think it is time for everyone to take a break, sit back and have a good laugh – thanks to the wonderful Michael McIntyre.
He knows all too well what it’s like at times:
- trying to eat next to nothing – until you see the fridge!
- having your partner start dropping hints about your size or weight
- wishing your metabolism went faster, or you were taller, or…
- and finally heading off to a specialist weight loss centre where they never feed you anything you can eat anyway!
Yep, we have been there too, so we can readily identify with everything he has to say.
So, for those of you looking to lose weight or just keep it off, and who need some light relief, this funny video is for you.
